After falling upwards in the corporate marketing fast track for the past 20 years, I hit a major wall of burnout, frustration and lack of interest.
I began refinishing and painting recycled furniture in my spare time and quickly realized that I could pour my whole self into re-imagining furniture and making it come to life without the burden of heavy feelings I was having at my day job.
The stars aligned, and I found a really fulfilling part time job with a wonderful non-profit organization and the rest of my time is spent painting and re-discovering the potential of recycled, inherited, donated and heirloom furniture.
I live in Minneapolis with my husband and two dogs and a really special community of people!
